As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive our B2B sales growth and develop strategic brand partnerships.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an engaging and passionate Business Development & Partnerships Manager to join our team at Gigi & Olive. In this exciting new role, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the B2B market, focusing on managing inquiries and growing existing business from wedding planners, event companies and corporate gifting. Your responsibilities will include converting leads swiftly and overseeing projects from initial inquiry to successful delivery. You will build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing timely updates, quotes, and proofs, ensuring a seamless execution of each project. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing strategic brand partnerships, contributing to Gigi & Olive’s growth in the bridal and gifting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales Growth: Lead efforts to grow Gigi & Olive’s B2B sales by identifying and engaging potential clients, including luxury wedding planners, event coordinators, and corporate partners.
- B2B Inquiry Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming B2B inquiries from wedding planners and event companies, converting leads in a timely manner.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring that each project is executed smoothly and meets client expectations.
- Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing questions, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client Acquisition Retention: Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted strategies to acquire high-value B2B clients. Nurture existing relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Quoting and Proofing: Prepare and provide updated quotes and proofs to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up to facilitate decision-making.
- Brand Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships with complementary brands and businesses in the bridal and luxury event space, creating co-branded opportunities and cross-promotions.
- Advertising Strategy Development: Collaborate on the development of advertising campaigns aimed at the B2B market, working closely with the marketing team to create targeted messaging and promotional strategies.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for partnerships, B2B growth, and advertising initiatives. Use insights to refine strategies and tailor Gigi & Olive’s offerings to meet market demands.
- Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to develop bespoke offerings tailored for B2B clients and partners, ensuring that Gigi & Olive’s products meet the specific needs of each partnership.
- Performance Tracking: Set KPIs and track the performance of sales, partnership, and advertising initiatives, regularly reporting on progress and adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure that all B2B, partnership, and advertising efforts are aligned with Gigi & Olive’s overall brand strategy and business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally within the luxury, bridal, or events industry.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a talent for identifying and nurturing opportunities that drive growth.
- Highly organised and very efficient, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach; able to manage both high-level planning and day-to-day execution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and pitch ideas effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design skills to create compelling marketing materials.
- Passion for the luxury bridal and events industry, with an eye for identifying trends and new opportunities.
- Strong network within the wedding planning, luxury event coordination, or brand partnership sectors.

- This role is based in our West London studio, with the option to work 1-2 days a week remotely.
- Reporting directly to the Founder, Georgie.
- Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays.
