Last week marked a truly special evening for Gigi & Olive as we officially opened the doors to our month-long pop-up on Chelsea’s Elizabeth Street. This celebratory event brought together a wonderful mix of family and friends of the brand, who all gathered to toast to all things bridal and G&O.
The atmosphere felt nothing short of magical for us. Styled with dreamy florals by Hamilton Floral Studio, the space felt warm, elegant and unmistakably Gigi & Olive. From the moment guests arrived, there was a tangible buzz of excitement. Whether they were discovering our latest bridal accessories or simply enjoying each other’s company, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
Throughout the night, guests sipped on curated drinks from our incredible sponsors including Amie, MOTH, DASH, Pentire,and Gusbourne, with seamless service provided by the team at Doggart & Squash. Delicious canapés by the always-exquisite Grape & Fig made their rounds, offering a perfect pairing to the celebratory sips.
One of the most-loved highlights of the evening was the live embroidery demo, where guests watched bespoke touches come to life in real time. It was a perfect reflection of the personal, thoughtful details at the heart of everything we do. Another standout moment was the cake,a huge thank you to Lottie (@lotties.table) for her beautiful creation that captured the G&O aesthetic perfectly - both elegant and absolutely delicious.
The event wasn’t just about launching our new space. It was about celebrating community. Seeing connections being formed, guests discovering new favourite gifting pieces, and long-time collaborators catching up in a space filled with joy reminded us why we do what we do. The energy throughout the night was infectious, the smiles were genuine, and the photobooth was as massive a hit as we expected.
