About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organised and proactive Customer Service & Studio Assistant to join our growing team at Gigi & Olive. This is a varied and collaborative role, perfect for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a small, creative business. You’ll be involved across customer experience, e-commerce, B2B sales support and the day-to-day running of the studio. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager (Eleanor) and B2B Manager (Ashleigh) to keep everything running smoothly; from managing customer enquiries and personalised orders, to supporting stock and website management, and helping with quotes, proofs and content across the brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced brand at a really exciting stage of development.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Sales Support

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email & live chat, in the Gigi & Olive tone of voice
  • Provide exceptional service to brides, planners and VIP clients, ensuring a seamless and thoughtful experience
  • Manage personalised orders including coordinating proofs and tracking timelines
  • Handle order issues, refunds or replacements efficiently and empathetically
  • Help with influencer outreach and gifting admin
  • Support Ashleigh with B2B and collaboration orders including:
    • Sending quotes, follow-ups, artwork proofs and managing timelines
    • Keeping project documentation up to date
    • Assisting with customisation or sourcing admin as needed

E-commerce and Operational Support

  • Assist Eleanor with product uploads and updates on Shopify
  • Help monitor and manage stock levels including checks, reorders and reporting
  • Perform regular checks on listings to ensure accuracy, consistency and availability
  • Assist with the barcoding of products.
  • Support the studio team with general organisation, logistics and activation preparation
  • Help with event support, press loans and influencer gifting logistics

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a small, collaborative environment and brings energy, organisation and charm:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service, ecommerce, retail or studio role
  • Confident communicator with excellent written English
  • Friendly, warm and calm under pressure who is highly organised, efficient & self-motivated
  • Comfortable using Shopify, Google Sheets, Canva or a fast learner
  • Proactive and solutions-driven with strong attention to detail
