Pepino Ruso Pre-Mixed Cocktails

The Russian cousin to the Pepino, Vodka replaces Gin from the original for this new spin on a favourite. A great gift this Christmas to send to a friend to or to treat yourself with cocktail night at home. 

Ingredients: Vodka, lime, cucumber, mint, simple syrup

Serving suggestion: Serve ice cold in a coupe glass, rub a slice of cucumber on the rim of the glass and then place in the cocktail.
