Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our London studio, wherever your event or team is based. As every piece is made to order, delivery timing depends on the project — see "What are your lead times?" for details. Once your order is complete, we'll confirm dispatch and expected arrival based on your destination.

What are your lead times?
Lead times depend on the size and scope of the project. Small embroidery projects can take a couple of days, while large-scale projects take around 2-4 weeks.
We pride ourselves on quick turnarounds and will always do our best to meet your deadline!
Where are you based?
All our products are meticulously customised and quality-checked by our dedicated team in London to ensure the highest standards.
With most of our products designed and created in our London warehouse, we can meet tight deadlines and even offer you a tour of our facility to showcase our impressive bespoke machinery.
I want to place a large order. Is this possible?
Absolutely, bulk and large-scale orders are a core part of what we do. Our minimum order quantity for corporate and bespoke projects is usually around 50 units, with volume pricing available above 100. We've delivered projects for brands including Selfridges, Uber, Elemis and 111SKIN, from intimate gifting runs to large-scale activations. Get in touch with your quantities and timeline and we'll confirm feasibility and pricing within 24 hours.
