There is a moment at every wedding, every hen dinner, every celebration where a guest sits down, looks at the table, and takes it all in. The flowers, the candles, the glassware. And then their eye lands on the napkin and if it has been done properly, that is the moment they reach for their phone.
Our napkin collection is one of the pieces we are most proud of at Gigi & Olive. Each one is embroidered in our West London studio, and every single one is personal.
What can go on a napkin?
Almost anything. A monogram of the couple's initials, that you can easily create here. A name in a beautiful script. A meaningful date. A phrase that captures the tone of the evening, we have embroidered everything from elegant crests to "the party starts now." You choose the font, the thread colour, and the design. We take it from there.

Not just for weddings.
While our napkins are a favourite for bridal occasions, they travel well into the brand world too. We have produced napkins for brand events, product launches and private dinners where the brief was the same as any wedding, make the table feel like it was designed for this moment. You can see this in the 111SKIN napkin in our collection, a lovely example of how a brand logo can sit beautifully on linen.
How to order.
Send us an inspiration image, a font you love, or simply a brief description of what you have in mind. We will come back to you with options, a quote, and a timeline. For weddings and events, we recommend ordering at least six weeks in advance to allow time for sampling and any adjustments.
