The Morning Of, Sleepwear By Gigi & Olive

Playlist on, champagne poured, your best friends doing your buttons up. G&O's new sleepwear edit is live: ivory silk, French lace, and a name embroidered where only you will find it.

There is a moment before the moment. The playlist is on, somebody's poured the champagne a little too early, and your best friends are already halfway through their second song of the morning. You are about to marry the love of your life. First, though, there is this room, and these songs.

That is the morning this collection was made for.

Our new sleepwear edit is built for exactly that hour: hairbrushes doubling as microphones, someone's matcha going cold on the windowsill, someone else topping up the champagne, your song from years eight through university on repeat because nobody can agree on a new one and nobody really wants to. Ivory silk, lace trim, and the kind of detail you only notice up close: a scalloped hem, a sheer lace panel at the ankle, a name embroidered where only you and your photographer will find it.

Because that is the other thing about this collection. Every piece can carry your new name before you have even said "I do." "Mrs E to be," stitched along the hem in the same hand as a love letter, while your Bridesmaids are in the matching set next to you working out who gets the last curling iron slot. It is the smallest detail. It is also the one every Bride in these photographs stopped and read twice.

We wanted pieces that hold up in a room full of your favourite people and a camera, and still feel like something to actually live in rather than something to perform for one morning. Fabric that moves when you dance around the room to the song that started this whole tradition, lace that photographs like lace, and a length that pools properly on the floor when you finally sit down with your tea, or your champagne, for five minutes before anyone starts on hair.

This is the collection for your moment before the moment. The moment with your girls. The moment you remember being you. The moment of the morning of your wedding day.
