  • How long will delivery take?

    We aim to ship non-personalised orders within 24 hours and personlised orders within 48 hours. For a full breakdown of areas and deliveries please visit our delivery page here.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    We ship globally and you can see our full list here . Please do email us at info@gigiandolive.comand we will do our best to get to you wherever you are.

  • Do you cover customs in the EU?

    Good news! We now ship all our EU orders via our home in Amsterdam, to ensure you receive your order without paying any duties or taxes.

    Once your order arrives in Amsterdam, orders are shipped via DPD and DHL, depending on the size and weight of the items.

  • What about personalised items?

    For personalised items we aim to ship items within 48 hours, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

  • What about items that are 'made-to-order'?

    One of the unique things about Gigi & Olive is that we hand make some items, these will be clearly stated on the product description but if you need something quicker please email us or opt for our Rushed Made To Order Fee.

  • Does the standard delivery of 2-3 days including the time my item is being made?

    No. If it's 'made-to-order' we usually take 3-5 days to make it and and then we will ship with the service you have chosen. So if that's standard UK delivery, it's 2-3 days from when the item is made.

  • What if I need something urgently?

    Please opt for our Rushed Made To Order Fee or Express Delivery at check-out and get in touch with us to let us know when you need your item by.

  • Will I recieve a confirmation email?

    You will always receive a confirmation email once you have processed your order. Please check your junk mail if you don't see it in your inbox! Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you another email with your tracking number so that you can follow its progress. 

  • What happens if I miss my delivery?

    Once the item is shipped, we will ensure your order gets to you safely. If you miss your delivery, please follow the instructions that are sent via SMS or on the card left at your door to follow up with the relevant postal service.  

  • Can I add a gift message?

    Of course, all our gift notes are handwritten and are a lovely touch when sending someone a gift.

  • Do you include your receipts in the box?

    No, we don't, so don't worry if you're sending direct to the recipient they won't see cost breakdowns! You do, however, receive an email confirmation of your order so please put your own email when choosing a gift.

  • Something I love is sold out, what should I do?

    Please email us at info@gigiandolive.com and we will do everything we can to deliver any products you may need in the best time possible.

  • I'm looking for something more bespoke, could you help?

    Do you have something specific in mind - a particular colour or product that you want? Talk to us at info@gigiandolive.com and we will always do whatever we can to help, create something special.
