Covid-19 

Our thoughts are with everyone going through the daily challenges and uncertainties of this ongoing crisis. We want to reassure our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the World Health Organization and local authorities guidelines. As we work with many other beautiful brands, small and large, we are also navigating the complicated process of how they have to operate with some closing. So during this time, there may be some products that are temporally out of stock. There may also be a few days delay on deliveries. Please do get in touch at info@gigiandolive.com if you have any questions. We wish everyone well and are thinking of all those affected during this time. 

Delivery:

  1. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted
  2. We aim to to ship non personalised items within 3 working days
  3. All items that are made to order or personalised will take longer and vary from product and brand, please check item descriptions for specific info.
  4. There may be specialist items that take longer to make as many of the items we stock are handcrafted and made to order.
  5. In any event, delivery will be made within 30 days of your order, unless stated otherwise.
  6. Once the item is shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to accept the delivery. If you miss your delivery, please follow the instructions that are sent via SMS or on the card left at your door to follow up with the relevant postal service. 
  7. International orders from outside the UK may be subject to the payment of import duties and taxes. You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
  8. A delivery fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the goods purchased. The delivery fee in respect of your order with us will be advised to you at the time your order is made.
  9. All personalised items will take between 7 - 10 working days, to make, they will then ship to you. If you need your item within 10 working days please select the UK Express Personalisation Service at check out. We aim to deliver you the quickest and best service possible. If you have a special request and need something faster than initially anticipated, please do email us at info@gigiandolive.com and we will always endeavour to help. If you have ordered a selection of products, both customised and not, these will not ship without all items being ready for dispatch. Once all your products have been prepared, your package will be shipped. Please note we cannot accept any cancellations, changes, returns or refunds on items that have been personalised or 'made to order'.
  10. Any items that are ‘made to order’ will specify on the item's page exactly how long it will take to make. Please get in touch if you have any questions on 'made to order' items.

    • If you need an item urgently we can organise same day courier service within London. Prices will depend on end destination. Please get in touch asap on the day to let us know and we will endeavour to help organise this.

    Returns:

    1. If you are unhappy with your purchase, unless they been personalised with bespoke embroidery or stamp, they can be returned for a refund provided that the following guidelines are observed.
      • Email info@gigiandolive.com within 14 working days from receiving your item(s), quoting your order number and request to either refund or exchange. We will then give you full details and instructions on our simple return and exchange process. Past the grace period of 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund.
      • You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging and swing tags still in place. You are asked to take reasonable care of the items. In the case of an item with a hygiene seal, you are required not to remove the seal when examining the item.  If handling or viewing of the item is excessive beyond that reasonably required to ensure that the item functions as expected or you damage the item in any way.
      • We are unable to refund or exchange earrings or face-masks due to hygiene reasons.
      • To complete a return or exchange, please include the invoice with your return
      • The original shipping fee will not be refunded
      • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
      • Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Gigi & Olive Limited unless you send the parcel tracked and can show that the parcel has been signed for by a Gigi & Olive employee at the office.
      • Alternatively, if you wish to exchange your item, subject to stock availability, we will do our best to exchange items. You will be charged for shipment.
    2. If the items were made to your specifications, or are clearly personalised, you will not have the right to a refund or exchange on your order. All custom orders are final and non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
    3. Once we receive the returned item we will assess it and will notify you about whether we are accepting the product for return. A refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
