Where is the pop-up located?
You’ll find us at 48 Elizabeth Street, London, SW1W 9PA, just around the corner from Sloane Square.

When is the pop-up open?
We’re open from July 4th to August 2nd.
Monday–Saturday from 10:00am – 6:00pm, and Sundays from 11:00am – 5:00pm.

Do I need to book to attend?
No bookings needed for general store open days. We’re open to the public every day, just pop in.
Evening events and workshops do require tickets or RSVPs (like our Sip & Stitch nights), which you can find on this page.

What kind of personalisation is available?
We’re offering same-day embroidery on a range of bridal and gifting products. You can also get items personalised with initials, names, or phrases on-site.

Can I personalise my own items?
We’re happy to offer in-store embroidery on customer-supplied items from veils and napkins to sleepwear and keepsakes.

Pricing starts from:
- Initials (bows, scrunchies, napkins): £10
- Names or short phrases (napkins, cuffs, hankies): from £15
- Small icons (hearts, stars, cherries): £15
- Larger or custom embroidery: from £25

Will there be gifting or goody bags?
Yes! The first 30 purchases over the opening weekend receive an exclusive goody bag featuring our favourite beauty, lifestyle and bridal brands.

Are drinks or food served during the day?
Yes! We’ll be serving complimentary matcha from Perfect Ted at the opening weekend with every sign up to ours and Perfect Ted’s mailer list.

Can I shop the full Gigi & Olive collection?
Not everything, but we’ll have as much as we can in store, along with a selection of exclusive in-store-only products like embroidered keyrings, monogrammed pouches and collab pieces with WNU, Homebodii, and Away That Day.

Is the Love Letter Station open every day?
Yes, come write a letter to your lover, friend or family member, seal it with a stamp, and pop it in our letterbox. It will cost £3 and we will take care of the rest.

Please note we do not offer refunds or returns in-store.
Kindly do not bring any items to the pop-up for return, all returns must be processed through our website following our standard online policy.
